One thing you can easily implement to improve your day to day life is stretching. 


Stretching for at least 10-30 minutes a day can give you a wide range of benefits.

It’s the easiest way to make sure that you can move throughout your day and minimize your pain. 


There are many positions and poses to stretch all different types of muscles.

Do them from the comfort of your own home.
