Registered Massage Therapist

Founder of Living Strong

Michelle has always been driven to a more natural approached to healing. Whether it was her mother's push for healthy eating growing up or her own personal eating struggles; Michelle turned to educating herself on living a more natural lifestyle.

Through her own trial and error, education and working with Naturopathic Doctors, herbalists, and natural health care providers, she realized different natural remedies were able to heal different complaints. This lead to graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program with honors from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton, NB in 2014.

Michelle has upgraded her standard massage therapy practice and offers a variety of different modalities within her sessions. One being advanced Manual Cupping Therapy. Having completed multiple classes under Shannon Gilmartin, the author to The Guide to Modern Cupping, Michelle was taught not only advanced cupping therapy, but magnetic therapy and lymphatic drainage with the cups as well. To which now, she uses regularly within treatment to treat acute pain or stagnant lymph to name a few.
Since taking the cupping lymphatic drainage course, Gua Sha facial training, and aromatherapy she has created a beautiful relaxing face treatment that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated all while decreasing headaches, visibly reducing puffiness and opening your airways.

Michelle's most recent education endeavors have been focused on enhancing her life spiritually, understanding her intuition and living a life that is more authentic to her.
