Service Description
Fall in love with your bodies natural movement abilities. Walk away feeling lighter, more flexible and less stress. You will not only decreased pain in this class, but open up your chest and allow for easier deeper breathing. Enjoy the calmness of the space as you learn to deep breathe your way into a slow deep stretch. Each stretch is at your own pace and ability. No judgement will be on your ability. Everyone has to learn somewhere and this class will be a great place for you to start. Past participants are welcome to join again. Please sign up online as there are a limited number of participant spots available. This class is a 4 week class and the total for all 4 classes is $100. If you pay online you will be charged a 15% tax. Preferred method of payment is cash in person.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hrs in advance. If 24 hours is not given, there will be a $25 fee and if do not show up for your appointment, the cost will be the full cost of the appointment and can not be billed through your insurance company.
