Join Michelle, Erin and Denise for this special Full Moon restorative yoga release with the use of sound therapy healing. Be prepared to release negative stagnant energy that is no longer serving you for your highest potential. This session combines the power of crystals, essential oils, sage and palo santo smoke to help us cut cords, let go of negativity and welcome back your energetic power. Please bring your own yoga mat
